Hermès: Transforming constraint into an industrial standard
In the world of luxury, operational excellence and environmental compliance allow for no compromise.
The challenge
To develop a global standard for wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) management for all Hermès group houses, with a dual requirement: strict adherence to standards and the ability to adapt to the specific characteristics of each site, across three continents.
My approach
My neuro-atypicality allowed me to:
-
To quickly grasp the diversity of professions and cultures within the group
-
Translating business needs into operational frameworks
-
Navigating between regulations, on-the-ground realities and innovation
-
Create a common language between engineers, management, and international sites
Where others would have drowned in complexity, my cognitive agility made it possible to build a universal standard… without losing local specificity.
The impact
-
A single standard adopted throughout the group
-
Accelerated deployment across three continents
-
A living, evolving benchmark that fosters sustainable performance for Hermès
In summary
-
Transforming a regulatory imperative into a strategic advantage
-
Transition from audit to collective membership
-
300 pages of reference material, and operational pilot sites from the first year
Gabon: Employment as a common good – from vision to action
When the State wants to change the game, it is necessary to reinvent the tools, overcome silos and bring opposing worlds together around a common goal.
The challenge
Supporting the Presidency of Gabon in designing and managing an innovative national platform to combat unemployment:
-
A tripartite model involving the State, businesses and training centers.
-
Objective: to guarantee a rapid return to employment for qualified profiles, tailored to market needs.
My approach
My neuro-atypicality has allowed me to:
-
To orchestrate collaboration between public and private decision-makers, training stakeholders and beneficiaries.
-
To imagine a platform that is self-financing, anti-misappropriation, and totally traceable.
-
To move beyond the “IT project” logic to create a living ecosystem that adapts and learns.
-
To be both a “system strategist” and an operational conductor.
-
To assume the role of Technical Director: vision, governance, design, and management up to the run.
The impact
-
Strategy adopted by the State and operational launch.
-
Platform designed to evolve: anti-fraud, tripartite, agile.
-
A model that can be replicated for other African public policies.
-
A high-stakes, sensitive and symbolic mission.

Transforming a regulatory imperative into a strategic advantage
-
Transition from audit to collective membership
-
300 pages of reference material, and operational pilot sites from the first year
